Nathan Redmond
A product of Birmingham City’s academy, Nathan Redmond has built a senior career largely at Championship and Premier League level, alongside a brief spell overseas. He broke into Birmingham’s first team as a 16-year-old and went on to make more than 60 senior appearances before joining Norwich City in 2013, where he spent three seasons and featured regularly in both the Premier League and Championship. A move to Southampton followed in 2016, and over six seasons on the south coast he made close to 200 league appearances, scoring 21 goals and becoming a consistent option across both wings.
After leaving Southampton, Redmond spent a season in Turkey with Beşiktaş before returning to England with Burnley, where injuries limited his involvement across two campaigns. He was 31 during the 2025–26 season and most recently featured for Sheffield Wednesday on a short-term deal, making a handful of substitute appearances before his contract expired in January 2026
