Let’s get back to a manager in a job in England. Bread and butter, right?
Well, I am going for a National League manager, Barnet’s Dean Brennan. Barnet are doing well this season – they’re second in the table with a superb record, and their stats are great. They’ve got the second-lowest xG against, the third-highest xG, and they’re playing some wonderful football.
Brennan also oversaw the development of Ryan De Havilland, who moved to Posh in the summer, and he’s growing his reputation as a young coach. The Dublin-born 43-year-old played for Luton and Stevenage in a long career but spent much of his playing days outside of the Football League.
