Justin Cochrane – Head of Coaching, Brentford
๐ฌ "A lot of the skills I used as a youth coach are transferable because, ultimately, coaching is helping someone get from A to B, whether it's an 11-year-old in an academy system or a 25-year-old playing in the Premier Leagueโ

Here’s something out of nowhere – the head of coaching at Brentford. I’ve made no secret of the fact I love the Brentford model, and Justin Cochrane is a big part of what they do there.
He’s coached England youth levels and Manchester United Under 21s. He’s had job offers in our division before, and he’s worked at Spurs as well. He’s got a cracking CV, and he’s played in non-league, giving him a sound overview of the whole football spectrum.
He’s also unique in that before he became a pro, he knew he wanted to go into coaching. The big problem is he’s working in the Premier League at a successful club, and it would be very hard to tempt him to Lincolnshire.
