Danny Mandroiu

There’s some ambiguity around Mandroiu’s deal – when he signed, there was no confirmation of the length of the deal. Transfermarkt has him as out of contract this summer, but I’m not so sure. If he is, I suspect there may be an option, but I would be surprised if he was in a position where he could walk away in a couple of months.

My gut feeling is we either have another year on Danny’s contract, which would contradict Transfermarkt, or we have the option of another season. Either way, I suspect he’ll be someone we’re not losing a lot of sleep over. Whether he’ll be here next season, I don’t know, but if he’s not, I don’t think he’ll have left for free.
