It may have escaped you, but Haks is our player. He’s gone out on loan, and he’s smashing it at Doncaster. They must hate him in Grimsby – he’s played for Scunthorpe, played for us, and last week played a major part in a humiliating 5-1 home defeat – Haks is a player who keeps finding ways to delight us.

I don’t think there’s any doubt at all that the only way he will be able to please supporters of the Imps is by scoring and playing against Grimsby because there’s absolutely zero doubt in my mind he’ll be leaving when his contract expires.
