9 – Kevin Gall

I liked Gall when he was at Yeovil and Bristol Rovers. When he arrived as part of the Magnificent Seven on loan, I thought we’d got a diamond, a player who would add some pace and direct running to our attack.

He didn’t, he struggled through the first nine or ten games before leaving the club. Considering that Paul Connor, David Cameron, Rob Duffy, Dene Cropper, Luke Plange and Geoff Horsfield all wore the 9, I could have picked a five-a-side team of bad number nines we’ve had.
