Harry Boyes – Sheffield United
Harry Boyes is a free agent after leaving Sheffield United in June 2025, having never made a senior appearance for the club. The left-sided defender spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Fleetwood Town, adding to previous loan spells with us, Wycombe Wanderers, and Forest Green Rovers. He was previously named in the National League Team of the Season while at Solihull Moors.
We know Boyes is a decent player, but is he the sort of standard we’re after? You’d have to ask who on the list is? Boyes would be free, can play further forward, and we know what he is about. He is perhaps more suited to wing back than left back, or at least that is our experience of him from his loan spell.
