8th (Joint). Lee Frecklington – 97 starts, 27 sub, 21 goals

Frecklington bagged across two spells with the club, and perhaps his most important strike, in the EFL Trophy semi-final, won’t even count as it was in a shootout!
His second spell at the club didn’t quite hit the heights of his first, largely due to injury, but across both stints, he delivered 21 league goals from midfield. That’s a superb tally for someone not always considered an attacking midfielder.
Often capable of a goal from distance or a well-timed run, Frecklington embodied passion and pride in a Lincoln shirt.
8th (Joint). Ben House – 88 starts, 17 sub, 21 goals

Still part of the current squad, House’s numbers will continue to rise. He’s not an out-and-out goal machine, but his 21 league goals reflect a steady, hard-working forward who presses, harries, and often scores at crucial moments. He has been impacted by injury, but will be hoping to stay fit and firing as he moves towards double figures.
His unselfish work off the ball doesn’t show on a stat sheet, but City fans and coaches alike have come to appreciate his importance.
