The first win is always massive, but our first win was tough – we grabbed a late winner against Leyton Orient in a rearranged game that really couldn’t be described as a great moment because of the circumstances. However, not long after, we swept aside Cambridge United in a show of strength.
Cambridge were awful that night, but we got a glimpse of Skubala’s Imps for the first time. Dylan Duffy won a penalty and scored as green shoots of recovery appeared.
