Olsen is another that is on the cusp of a few of our metrics. Firstly, he’s 25, which somewhat puts him at the top end of the scale. If we were to pay a transfer fee, recouping it is unlikely if there’s no uplift in his output.
He’s played once for his club side, against Copenhagen, which makes him a viable signing, but he’s been on loan in the second tier with HIK recently. He’s scored a couple of goals and put himself about, but he’s a player looking for more playing time.
His numbers there hold up; xG of 0.23 per game, four goal involvements in 11 matches. He’s predominately played as a wide attacker, left and right, offering some threat, with 2.79 dribbles per game. There are caveats here; his dribble success is low (13%) and he’s not delivered many crosses (0.6), so whether he’s the one we’d take up a slot on, I don’t know. He is worth considering in the article though.
