Louis Moult

First up is striker Lewis Moult, 29-years-old, who has recently been released by Preston. I don’t think there’s any doubt we need another centre forward, one to support and complement Tom Hopper as well as to challenge for a place in the first team. If he were to stay in England, Moult might be worth a look. It’s clear he isn’t the typical Appleton signing, he’s a bit older for a start, but he does score goals, 50 in 95 games for Motherwell. His move to Preston has been blighted by injury and he has barely kicked a ball in the Championship. if there was a desire to stay in England and prove himself, then he might be the sort of experienced head we could make good use of.
