Luton Town Clash Postponed

We’re not the only ones to lose a fixture next weekend. Luton Town’s League One fixture with Huddersfield Town on Saturday, 11 October has been postponed after the Hatters received enough international call-ups to request a rearrangement.

The club confirmed that tickets will remain valid for the new date once it is agreed with both Huddersfield and the EFL. Supporters who cannot attend the rescheduled match will be able to claim a refund through the Kenilworth Road ticket office.

The disruption will also affect the development squad, with the U21 fixture against Dunstable similarly moved. While Hatters’ fans will be disappointed to lose a Saturday home game, the break might give Matt Bloomfield a chance to reset, after a torrid start to life back in the third tier.
