Mansfield Town have won the race to sign striker Victor Adeboyejo from Bolton Wanderers, edging ahead of Reading and Leyton Orient by agreeing a permanent deal, as reported by the Reading Chronicle.
Nigel Clough’s side initially explored a loan move but ultimately secured the Nigerian forward on undisclosed terms for the remainder of the season, bringing an end to his two-year spell at Bolton.
Adeboyejo registered 17 goals in 99 appearances for Wanderers after arriving from Burton Albion in January 2023, though injuries and increased competition limited his involvement this season.
