Lincoln United have confirmed the loan signing of young striker Daniel Vanderpuye from the Imps.
The 18-year-old forward joins the Whites for the 2025/26 season as he looks to gain senior experience following an impressive year at academy level.
Vanderpuye was a key figure for Sam Tillen’s young Imps during the 2024/25 campaign, scoring nine goals in 26 appearances across all competitions. His highlight came in the FA Youth Cup, where he netted against Wrexham at the Bank.
A strong and physical centre-forward, Vanderpuye has developed a reputation for his ability to hold up the ball and bring teammates into play, complementing his growing eye for goal.
A free kick is cleared to what appeared to be safety for Consett, but Charlie Carlisle took aim from 30 yards and picked out the top left corner 🔥

His performances helped City secure a top-five finish in the Youth Alliance, and his progress has now earned him a first loan move into senior football.
Lincoln United confirmed the deal on social media, welcoming Vanderpuye to the Sun-hat Villas & Resorts Stadium as he prepares to link up with his new teammates.
He made his debut this afternoon as the Whites registered a 4-2 victory against Consett, with another Imp, Charlie Carlisle, netting their third.
