Adam Jackson
26 (1) – 2 Goals
It’s been a steady season for Jacko, who took time to bounce back from the assault at Rotherham. He’s performed well in spells, especially alongside Tom Hamer, but errors in some games prevented a standout campaign. Can’t help but feel had he not been poleaxed at Rotherham, we’d be talking about another POTS candidate.
6/10

Zach Jeacock
10 (1) – 0 Goals
Zach went from loanee to a genuine competitor for the number one shirt. He made a couple of errors, but Bolton in the EFL Trophy stands out, and he also turned in solid performances. His first full season in League One has laid a decent foundation for what’s to come.
6/10

Dom Jefferies
24 (10) – 3 Goals
Dom’s versatility has been both his strength and his weakness. Never quite nailed down a position, but always did a solid job. Played well on the left side and deserves credit for adapting wherever needed, but I do wonder if we might see him more cnetrally in a 4-2-3-1 formation.
7/10

Jovon Makama
29 (9) – 7 Goals
It’s been a breakout season for our academy graduate. Jovon’s power and flair were on full display later in the campaign, capped by a memorable hat-trick. Despite off-field criticism, he’s proven his worth and silenced doubters. He did miss a few really good chances playing centrally, but the shift out wide has been huge for him. Could fetch a big fee in the future.
