Tom Champion; a man who had a good career before joining the Imps and an equally as decent one after. The spell he spent with us didn’t quite go as well.

We were flying high when he dropped into the team, but a 0-0 draw on his debut saw things begin to turn sour. By the time he came on as a sub against Bromley fans were already on his back.

One slack pass later and his time with us was up. I’m not sure too many of us will lose sleep watching this moment, but Tom Champion could have had a winner’s medal if only he’d been a bit more impressive.
