Nick Clayton-Phillips
Clayton-Phillips spent the end of last season on loan at Kidderminster Harriers and is looking set to progress to senior football after one goal in five from midfielder for the Under 23s this season.
He plays out wide or in the midfield and has also had a loan spell with Braintree. He’s one of those players slowly making his way up the pyramid with his loan deals; remember Joe Morrell played for Sutton and then Cheltenham before joining us.
He helped earn Appleton his first win as Under 23 manager when he struck a wondergoal against Fulham in August. The other two scorers on that occasion were Jamie Soule and Rayhaan Tulloch.
3-1 win vs Fulham! great team performance 👏🏼 happy to get on scoresheet aswell😅 focus is now on Friday against Sunderland ⚽️ @WBA https://t.co/fVlhLwQ3A5

I am not sure I agree with you about a telling ball from the wingers you mentioned Gary.
I would like to see the stats in comparison to other teams with similar league one status.
I think it’s an area that can be improved upon
