Blair Turgott

I must have written about Turgott ten times before, but I’ll make it eleven today. When he left Bromley for Stevenage I had hoped it was Sincil Bank he would end up at, but thankfully it wasn’t as he flopped. Since then he’s rebuilt his career, partially with Boreham Wood and more recently with Maidstone.

His form for the Stones has been excellent and at 25 he could well be the ‘next’ Bruno Andrade. He has Premier League schooling but hasn’t impressed elsewhere. However, as he matures there’s a player worth looking at beginning to emerge.
