City defender Adam Reach has been nominated for the January PFA League One Fans’ Player of the Month award after an impressive start to the year in red and white.

Reach, who has already won Goal of the Month for December this season, enjoyed a productive January, finding the net twice with goals against Huddersfield Town and Peterborough United at the Bank. Those contributions were backed up at the other end of the pitch as City closed out the month with back-to-back clean sheets, keeping Bradford City and Wigan Athletic at bay to round off a strong run of results.

The 33-year-old has been a consistent presence for City this season, and his form was recently underlined when an extension clause in his contract was triggered, securing his future at the club until at least the summer of 2027. His blend of experience, composure, and end product has made him an important figure in Michael Skubala’s side during the campaign.

Reach is up against stiff competition for the January accolade, with the following players also shortlisted:

  • Brendan Galloway (Plymouth Argyle)
  • Marcus Harness (Huddersfield Town)
  • Kyrell Lisbie (Peterborough United)
  • David McGoldrick (Barnsley)
  • Kyle Wootton (Stockport County)

Supporters can cast their votes to decide the winner of the PFA League One Fans’ Player of the Month award, with Reach aiming to add individual recognition to a positive period for City.
