Plymouth Argyle Complete Ronan Curtis Signing

Plymouth Argyle have completed the permanent signing of Ronan Curtis from Port Vale on a contract running until the summer of 2028, with head coach Tom Cleverley praising the winger’s League One experience.

Ronan Curtis becomes Argyle’s first addition of the January window, arriving to strengthen attacking options as Cleverley looks to add quality early in the month.

The 29-year-old previously enjoyed a prolific spell at Portsmouth, scoring 57 goals across more than 200 appearances, before spells with AFC Wimbledon and Port Vale. He has scored 11 goals for Vale since joining them in 2024.

Port Vale confirmed the move in a statement, thanking Curtis for his contribution, while Plymouth see the deal as a key step in bolstering depth and competition during the run in.
