Lincoln City Player of the Month – November 2025

I think it is safe to say that, despite three wins in November, some supporters were still not happy.

Surely, an average of just 6.33 for a home win (Port Vale) must be some sort of record. As for the Rotherham game, the overall score was lower than for Chippenham back in 2022/23. That’s really saying something because, in my opinion, we weren’t actually that bad against Rotherham.

It’s funny, the longer I do the player rater, the more I seem to disagree with the outcomes!

Anyway, here are your November awards.

Player of the Month

Erik Ring (6.83)

Stacey West Patreon sponsored Erik Ring grabbed a goal and an assist in his three matches this month, taking Man of the Match from you after our FA Cup defeat against Salford.  Given he appeared in three of our six matches, he is eligible for player of the month, appearing in 50% or more of the games.

Finn Barbrook, Zach Jeacock and Reeco Hackett all got higher average ratings, but from one or two performances, not three. The closest player with five or more outings was Conorr McGrandles, on 6.66.

Dear readers, you do know we won three of our matches in November, right?

Individual Performance of the Month

Conor McGrandles (Doncaster Rovers H) 8

McGrandles has been a real favourite this whole season, and once again, he takes your performance of the month, the third month in a row.

He’s a player reborn this season, and he’s not only been Player of the Month once, but has stood out at the Bank – all his individual outstanding performances have come at home.

As usual, he was industrious and hard working against Doncaster, helping earn us the win.

Best Team Performance of the Month

v Doncaster Rovers (H) 6.78

At least we picked a home win for our best performance. I’d argue the second half against Wycombe would have got more, and in fairness, the win at Barnsley should maybe have worked out higher as well, but with so many subs, overall match ratings do take a dive.

McGrandles was Man of the Match, but Darikwa, Bayliss, Reach and Bradley all posted numbers over the average of seven.
