17. Conner Robinson
82 appearances, 9 goals

Conner Robinson has far more appearances than I realised, and a few goals to boot, which pushes him higher up the list. He made a name for himself as a lively, attacking forward capable of unlocking defences. Often deployed from the bench or in wide areas, he possessed quick feet and a good eye for goal.
Robinson’s development coincided with a challenging time for the club, but he remained a bright spark with flashes of potential in a time not often regarded as particularly successful. Though he never nailed down a consistent starting role, he contributed important goals and brought flair to the frontline.
He was known for late goals and levellers – four of his eight Imps goals earned us a point from being 1-0 down, and five were scored after the 80-minute mark.
16. Shane Clarke
75 appearances, 0 goals

A product of Lincoln City’s youth academy, Shane Clarke established himself as a combative midfielder capable of breaking up play and distributing simply. Never a glamorous player, Clarke’s strength lay in his work rate, tackling, and ability to cover ground in front of the back four.
He featured regularly during a period of flux at the club, and while he didn’t register a goal, his role was more about providing balance and bite in midfield. Clarke’s attitude and commitment took him towards the 100 appearance mark at a tough time for the Imps.
I’ve included him above Robinson based on starts, and the level of football.
