Best Team Display – Sunderland POSF (H)

Every week (bar September) you were rating the Imps’ performances and that gave a picture of exactly which games you thought were the best we took part in. Unsurprisingly, the winner came after the 46-game season, namely Sunderland at home in the play-off semi-final. It seems we did save the big performance for our return to Sincil Bank, and despite riding our luck somewhat, it snatches the prize away from other big outings, such as Shrewsbury away in the EFL Trophy and Gillingham away live on Sky. Both of those scored highly, but you enjoyed the win against the Mackems the most. I guess that’s a good thing, seeing as though we’ll have to do it all again next season!
