Largie Ramazani
The strong likelihood is that Belgian youngster Ramazani will remove to a Spanish second division side to continue his career, but he would be a cracking signing for City. He impressed me when they beat us in the EFL Trophy earlier in the season and he’s the sort of lively striker that could quickly accrue value. If you want to flip a player in double-quick time, get one who writes the headlines, a scorer. I’ll be honest though, as he turned down an offer from United that he felt wasn’t in keeping with his development, the chances of him appearing in League One are slimmer than the chances of me running a marathon tomorrow.
Still, Ramazani was electric in the 2018/19 season, scoring goals for fun in United’s youth setup, but struggled this year and suffered from not being sent out on loan according to United In Focus. H’s mainly a left-sided attacker but can play anywhere across a front three. I’ll be interested to see where he goes, especially as someone linked him with a loan move to us back in January.
