Delroy Facey & Albert Jarrett
Why have I left these two until last? Because they’re the most unlikely of internationals to emerge from Sincil Bank. Genuinely, Tom Champion should have more caps than this pair.
On Saturday 4th September 2010, the Imps lost 2-1 at Chesterfield without the services of Jarrett. He was on international duty with Sierra Leone in an African Cup of Nations qualifying game against Egypt. In was his sixth and final cap and came just a week after he’d scored in our 1-1 draw with Crewe.
Not long after, Delroy got in on the act and became our final full international on this list. He played for Grenada as they reached the Caribbean Cup Finals, appearing against Puerto Rico, St Kitts & Nevis and Guadeloupe in October 2010, then again against Martinique and Trinidad & Tobago a month later.
It was alright though because we had Ben Hutchinson and Gavin McCallum covering back at home.
Imagine, the year we turn in perhaps our worst season ever and two of our players win international caps.

Not a full international but certainly worth a mention, Dick Neal won three England under-23s caps during our spell in the old Second Division. Interestingly Alick Jefferies broke his leg in one of those games and was never the same again. He later had a brief spell at Lincoln
